Training opportunities
In addition to product-specific training and IT courses, we offer various free professional development opportunities: from language courses to sales training. In this way, every employee benefits not only professionally but also in their personal development.
Apprentices
We are particularly committed to supporting young professionals. Every year, up to six trainees begin their careers at Rechberger. Many remain with the company after their training and take on positions in the specialist departments.
