Training opportunities
In addition to product-specific training courses and IT courses, we offer various free further training opportunities: from language courses to sales training. In this way, every employee benefits not only professionally but also in their personal development.
Apprentices
The next generation of professionals is especially close to our hearts. Every year, up to six trainees begin their careers at Rechberger. Many remain with the company after their training and take on positions in the specialist departments.
